Can we bring our own food inside the Garden of Dreams?

No, you can only bring a bottle of juice, water and a packet of chips etc inside the Garden of Dreams.

 

Who has been managing the Garden of Dreams?

Garden of Dreams Development Board, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Nepal has been managing the Garden of Dreams.

 

Can we play different games inside the Garden of Dreams?

No, you are not supposed to play any games inside the Garden of Dreams premises. It is neither a party palace nor play ground.

 

Can we produce loud sound/music inside the Garden of Dreams?

No, you can not produce loud sound or music inside the Garden of Dreams premises during your visit which disturbs other visitors.

 

Can we organize a picnic inside the Garden of Dreams?

No, you can't organize a picnic inside however you have to book the certain venue for specific programs or events.

 

What type of programs or events can we organize in the Garden of Dreams?

You can organize private and corporate receptions, cultural programs, social gatherings, folk and classical music concerts.

 

Can we organize rock and pop concerts in the Garden of Dreams?

No, you can't organize rock, pop, DJ, musical concerts and food festival and fashion show inside the Garden however other programs are subject to prior approval.

 

Is there a restaurant inside?

Of course, Dwarikas' Himalaya Shangrila Village Resort Pvt. Ltd. has been operating Kaiser Café inside serving international standard cuisines with Nepalese and Continental food including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

What time does the Garden open?

The Garden of Dreams remains open throughout the week from 9 am to 10 pm.

 

Do I need to buy tickets to go to Kaiser Café?

Yes, first you have to buy tickets either to visit the Garden or to go to Kaiser Café. Admission fee is the major source of our income for sustainability of Garden of Dreams.

 

Take A Souvenir
Whenever you visit Garden of Dreams please don't forget to take a souvenir. We have T-shirts and Postcards available as souvenirs at the Entrance counter.
